We feel that it is an integral part of our job to help  you with the planning of your reception if, and as  much as you desire.  There is enormous amount of work to making sure all the other details are taken care of, without having to worry about the entertainment!!

Once you have selected us to assist you with your event, the first step is to schedule a meeting.  This allows everyone to put faces with voices, and in our experience, this meeting puts everyone more at ease.

During this first meeting, we like to find out how you would like your reception to run.   As we tell all of our prospective clients, "This is YOUR celebration",  we as wedding professionals, can SUGGEST how your reception might flow, but we will not tell you how you should plan your celebration.

To assist you in your planning, we include a wedding planner worksheet in our information package. This planner briefly lays out how your reception might be structured, and includes all the traditional elements of a reception.  Take a quick look at the sample here.    This is only one page of many. You can add or delete to customize the events to your needs.  We can never emphasize enough that this you YOUR day and our part is to make this day the happiest you have ever had.  We are pleased to be part of it.
